Who we are

Precision Gifted Education Ghana (PGEG) is a founder-led organization governed through a board-advised structure and serves as the founding hub of Precision Gifted Education Global Corporation (PGE Global) an international initiative focused on identifying and developing high potential talent across undeserved regions.

Our History

Founded in 2019 by Sandra A. Frimpong, Precision Gifted Education Ghana (PGEG) was created to ensure that gifted and high potential learners regardless of background have access to opportunities that help them thrive. Through years of research, partnership building, and program development, PGEG launched its first pilot cohort in 2026 and continues to advance its mission of identifying and developing Africa’s hidden talent.

We exist to address one of the greatest challenges in education untapped human potential. By identifying and developing gifted learners early, we unlock the intellectual and innovative capacity needed to drive Ghana’s long-term growth and global competitiveness.

Our mission is to identify and nurture exceptional gifted students in Ghana by providing innovative, tailored curricula, mentorship, and resources. Through our gifted education program, we aim to empower students to excel, lead with purpose, and contribute meaningfully to society.
