Biography
Sandra A. Frimpong is the Founder and CEO of Precision Gifted Education Ghana (PGEG). A Ghanaian-born U.S. Navy veteran (21 years) retired and educational innovator, she founded PGEG to identify and develop gifted and high-potential learners across Ghana. Through the Precision Model™, she is leading efforts to create equitable pathways for talent development, STEM innovation, leadership, and academic excellence for Africa’s next generation of change makers.

Biography
Mr. Emmanuel Amoah-Darkwah is an economist, policy researcher, and development professional with expertise in economic policy, finance, investment, and strategic development. He is a PhD candidate in International Affairs at the University of Ghana and has contributed to research on economic development, public finance, trade, and policy reform across Africa. At PGEG, he supports financial sustainability and strategic growth initiatives that advance opportunities for gifted and high-potential learners throughout Ghana.
